    If purchasing to wear throughout pregnancy into the 2nd and 3rd trimester, go up one size otherwise stick to your normal size.

    If purchasing to wear majority throughout your postpartum journey then stick to your pre-pregnancy sizing.

    These are absolutely my new favourite shorts, I have them in two colours. Such a good length, suuper super soft and so flattering. The phone pockets are a must and I feel so good wearing them!

    The everyday shorts you need in your mum waredrobe

    So many brands out there are charging over $100 for shorts made for pregnant or post-partum women. I have tried almost ever brand you can think of and they always have a band cutting in somewhere!! And they make you look like you have rolls where you don't want too even when you know you have them but want to hide them!! I am absolutely obsessed with these shorts not only do they have a no cut in waistband st the waist but they smooth put all the bumps and the quality is amazing!! I have washed them now over 10 times and they still look new!! Also with sizing I'm a size 12 to 14 and found the large fitted perfectly! I have them in almost every colour now and also buying backups!!

    Incredibly comfortable

    I am in love with these shorts. The fabric, the pattern, the length (I'm 5ft) the fit. I wear them to work out & sleep in & do the school run! I followed the advice that they were a firmer fit & I sized up to a medium but I could have actually gone my typical TMB size small. I'll be ordering more in size small to go with my oversized tees. These are my new faves. One pair is not enough!
